Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by criekes at https://criekes.net (hereinafter "the Platform", "criekes", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the cr iekes Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and criekes. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

criekes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes that significantly affect your rights will be communicated via the email address associated with your account where reasonably practicable.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the criekes Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. criekes operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Users who attempt to register or who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposited funds returned in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

Account Registration & Security

criekes reserves the right to decline any account application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not create an obligation on criekes to make any particular market, game, or promotional offer available to you.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

criekes processes all player transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied on deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

Funds deposited into your criekes account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. criekes does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified in accordance with these Terms.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the criekes Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and live dealer products are available within each respective game or market interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by criekes and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing errors are void and will be refunded at the original stake.
• Live Betting: In-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to real-time odds changes. criekes reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during ball-by-ball periods of active play, without notice. Bets placed after a real-world event has concluded — due to data feed delays — will be voided.
• Obvious Errors: criekes reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a human error, technical fault, or data provider error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market, per event, and per player. These limits are set by criekes at its discretion and may be reduced for individual players where criekes deems this appropriate for risk management purposes.

• Collusion and Match Fixing: Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit knowledge of match fixing is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

criekes monitors betting patterns for indicators of arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software (bots), and other forms of systematic exploitation. The use of any automated tool, script, or software to place bets on criekes is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be closed and outstanding balances reviewed.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms govern all promotional activity on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the criekes Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information.
• Underage Access: Accessing the Platform while under 18 years of age or facilitating underage access by another person.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account in your own name or using different identities to circumvent account restrictions or to multiply bonus eligibility.

• Money Laundering: Using criekes as a mechanism to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any criminal activity. criekes maintains a full AML compliance programme and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

criekes employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that operate continuously. Players identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive advance warning before account suspension, as notification could prejudice the integrity of the investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

criekes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any confirmed or reasonably suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud Investigation: Where criekes has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• KYC Non-Compliance: Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by criekes.
• Chargebacks: Where an unjustified chargeback has been initiated against criekes by the account holder or a third party using funds deposited to the account.
• Responsible Gaming: Where a player has invoked a self-exclusion request, or where criekes's responsible gaming team determines that account closure is in the player's best interests.
• Legal or Regulatory Direction: Where criekes is directed to close an account by a lawful authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided. Real-money funds deposited by the player will generally be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any withholding required by applicable law, anti-fraud measures, or outstanding chargeback disputes.
